Village Hall

The Village Hall committee has published its 2020/2021 report detailing what’s been happening behind the scenes during the pandemic. You can download it here.

We’re delighted that the Village Hall is now open again and available for hire. This is of course subject to adherence by the hirer to the latest Government guidance on the use of community facilities, which you can find on gov.uk at this webpage.
And – we now have additional chairs and tables for outside seating.

The Village Hall is available to hire and offers a large accessible room with tables and chairs to seat approximately 70. There’s a service hatch direct to a fully equipped kitchen which includes china, cutlery, cooking utensils, cooker, fridge-freezer and a microwave.

The Hall has heating, hot water and three toilets, one of which is for the disabled.

For safety reasons, the maximum meeting/function size the Hall can accommodate is 100 people.

The village hall is not licensed for the sale of alcohol.
